Shipping

Processing time
We ship to over 100 countries, and usually process and dispatch orders within 2-3 business days of receipt of your order (To find out if delivery can be made to your area please write to: onlinestore[at]tu-es-mon-tresor.com). You will receive an email with the tracking number shortly after we arrange your shipment. Please note that during promotional offers, the dispatch process can take up to 4-5 business days.

Shipping cost
Domestic shipping: Free (Yamato Transport)
International shipping: 4,000 Japanese Yen (Fedex International Economy)
For merchandise purchases of total more than ¥50,000 (excluding tax) will be free of international shipping fees.

Taxes and duties
All orders are shipped on a DDP (Delivery Duty Paid) basis, meaning all taxes and import duties are included in the final price shown at checkout.

Returns

We only accept returns for unworn items in their original condition within 14 days of delivery date.

1. Check eligibility
-Items are unworn, unwashed, undamaged and in original condition.
-Packaging such as a hang tag, a shopper and a tote bag are undamaged and in original condition.

If above conditions are met, write your full name, order email and order number in an email and send to: onlinestore[at]tu-es-mon-tresor.com.

2. Return items
Once your request is approved via email, arrange the return at your own cost. When returning, make sure to return the item and its corresponding packaging inside an original cardboard box to not damage the packaging. We only accept the return through shipping services with provision of tracking number and take no responsibility until it is received and signed by us upon delivery.

3. Refund
Once returned items were inspected and deemed acceptable by us, a refund will be made within 14 days to your original method of payment. Any returns received which do not meet our return eligibility may be refused.
